Cooperativa Masaniello, presently the management body of Nuovo Mercato dei Fiori di Ercolano, is run by a Management Board made up of 11 members, all agricultural producers who work in different sectors: cut flowers, ornamental plants, foliage and leaves. The Management Board is elected by an Association of Members and changes every 3 years.
The activities of the Cooperative are divided as follows:
- Market (management of the Market);
- Marketing (Picking, production and sale of the Members' products);
- FloRa (professional floricultural and ornamental nursery gardening exhibition).

On the ground floor of Nuovo Mercato are the rooms used to complete the various stages following the picking. A team of highly qualified workers sees to the quality tests, guaranteeing the absolute freshness of the flowers for sale.
The production of flowers intended for the Grande Distribuzione Organizzata, the organization that sees to the distribuition of the flowers, is carried out in a special room of about 1.000 square metres, fully equipped for the arrangemente of bouquets prepared without changing the temperature of the flowers.

The Cooperativa Masaniello is made up of about 200 floriculturists who display their products guaranteeing, within the quality standars of the trademark "Fiori della Campania", the most complete range of items.
The businesses in charge see to the sale, also through call centres and telesales, and when necessary to the organization of a home delivery service by means provided by the cooperative or couriers.
The cooperative operates in such a way that all the Italian and foreign destinantions are reached, guaranteeing the maintenance of a constant temperature to preserve the products and a very quick service.
It is also possible to have access to sale from Monday to Sunday, from 4.30 a.m. to 7.30 a.m. or during the afternoon from 6.30 p.m. to 9.00 p.m.
